When is it, what time should I arrive, and how do I register?

Adventures 2.0 takes place on 30th April 2026. Arrive from 09:30 to grab a light breakfast and your Al mission guide to ready up before the sessions kick off at 10:00 sharp.

How do I get to the venue?

Located in East London, Tobacco Dock is easily accessible via Wapping (Overground) and Shadwell (Overground and DLR) stations. For full details on recommended travel routes, visit https://www.tobaccodocklondon.com/location/

I need a hotel - where can I stay?

London has plenty of options, from boutique hotels to big-name chains, all within easy reach of our venue. Check out Tobacco Dock’s website for their recommended accommodation options: https://www.tobaccodocklondon.com/accommodation/

Is the venue accessible?

Absolutely! Even though Tobacco Dock is a Grade 1 listed building, they are dedicated to ensuring everyone can access and enjoy events hosted at their venue, with lifts, ramps and accessible facilities available across the spaces. If you have specific requirements, just let us know and we’ll make sure everything’s in place for a smooth mission.

Will there be food and coffee?

Definitely! We wouldn’t send you on a mission without fuel. Expect breakfast, lunch, snacks and a steady stream of tea and coffee. And don’t forget the evening networking event - think drinks, canapés and mission-friendly mingling.

Will there be charging points or quiet workspaces?

Yes - we know staying powered up is essential, so charging stations and breakout areas will be available around the venue.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

How should I prepare for the event?

Great news - you don't need to do much! Just bring your curiosity and an open mind. We've got everything covered, from insightful sessions to networking opportunities. So, sit back, relax and get ready for an Al-powered adventure!

What’s the dress code?

Smart casual – somewhere between AI visionary and ready to network. Bonus points if you come in galaxy print.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, because what’s an AI event without internet? Details will be provided on the day.
