Code of conduct

By attending Adventures In Pharma, all participants—including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, organizers, and staff—agree to this Code of Conduct.
Our aim is to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. We expect all participants to act professionally and courteously, contributing positively to the event atmosphere.

Encouraged Behavior:

  • Using respectful and inclusive language
  • Welcoming diverse viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive feedback
  • Supporting fellow participants in a friendly, professional manner

Unacceptable Behavior:

  • Harassment of any form (including verbal, physical, or online)
  • Aggressive or pushy sales tactics—this is an educational and collaborative event, not a personal sales opportunity
  • Intimidating, discriminatory, or derogatory comments or actions
  • Sustained disruption of talks or event activities
  • Recording or photographing participants without consent
Participants asked to cease inappropriate behavior must comply immediately. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund, at the organizers’ discretion.

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please contact event staff immediately in person or via missioncontrol@adventuresinpharma.com. All reports will be treated confidentially.
